Workplace Experience Lead - EMEA

What your day-to-day will look like:
• Develop and execute comprehensive workplace experience strategies for the client's EMEA offices
• Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless workplace solutions across the client's UK locations
• Analyse workplace data and trends specific to the company to inform decision-making and drive continuous
• Collaborate closely with the client's leadership to understand their unique needs within the EMEA context
• Implement innovative technologies and processes to enhance workplace efficiency and user experience, aligning with the client's tech-forward approach
• Foster a culture of inclusivity and belonging across the EMEA workplaces, reflecting both companies' diversity initiatives
• Present workplace experience solutions to the client's and JLL senior leadership, addressing UK-specific challenges and opportunities
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in workplace strategy or facilities management within the UK market
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams in a UK context
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in workplace analytics and relevant software tools used in the UK tech sector
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and implement new workplace concepts in tech organisations
• Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement within UK corporate cultures
• Experience with UK-specific sustainability initiatives and wellness programmes in tech workplaces
• In-depth knowledge of emerging workplace technologies and IoT solutions, particularly those relevant to the client
• Multi-site workplace management experience across various UK regions and EMEA
• Understanding of UK employment law and workplace regulations in the tech industry
• Track record of successful large-scale workplace transformation projects in the UK tech sector
