The Opportunity
* Well known, high-performing specialist Property Finance Brokerage seeks an experienced Specialist Case Manager for complex property finance deals.
* Think Commercial Mortgages, High Value Portfolio BTL, Bridging, and Development Finance for engaged, interesting clients and seasoned investors.
You'll manage: Complex, high-value cases from placement to completion
You'll work with: Quality lenders and sophisticated clients
* Placing deals with specialist lenders
* Driving cases through to completion
* Managing lender, solicitor, and client relationships
* Chasing documentation and maintain momentum
* Ensuring compliance and exceptional service delivery
Core Experience:
* 3+ years case management in specialist finance (commercial mortgages, portfolio BTL, bridging, development finance)
* Proven track record managing cases from initial submission through to completion
* Lender relationship experience - you know how different lenders operate and their appetites
* Complex deal structures - experience with non-standard income verification, multi-property portfolios, or unconventional securities
Technical Skills:
* Documentation mastery - can quickly identify missing items and chase efficiently
* Compliance knowledge - understand FCA requirements, AML procedures, and due diligence standards
* Systems proficiency - comfortable with CRM platforms, lender portals, and case tracking systems
* Financial analysis - can review affordability calculations, rental yields, and loan-to-value ratios
