The Role: You will manage your own caseload of private client matters from instruction to completion, including: Drafting Wills and Trusts Probate and estate administration Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) Court of Protection matters Inheritance Tax and estate planning You'll be dealing with a loyal client base and will be expected to provide clear, compassionate, and professional advice, maintaining the high standards the firm is known for in the local community.
