Forklift Counterbalance Driver
Location: Sutton Coldfield (B76)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:30 - 14:00
Pay: £12.21 per hour

We’re hiring experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a busy Tray Wash site near Birmingham.
This is a fast-paced role that requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and a valid forklift licence.
What you’ll do:
* Operate FLT Counterbalance trucks safely and efficiently
* Load/unload deliveries and move goods across the warehouse
* Carry out routine equipment checks
* Support general warehouse operations and housekeeping
* Accurately follow documentation and site procedures
What you’ll need:
* Valid FLT Counterbalance licence
* Solid understanding of health & safety and forklift safety practices
* Good physical fitness and eye for detail
* Ability to attend an on-site assessment (theory & practical)
* Previous experience in a shift leader or team support role is desirable
