Job Title: Chef De Partie
As our Chef De Partie, you’ll deliver food that keeps our customers coming back for more, helping to create a traditional Sunday lunch, presenting our popular afternoon tea, or working on a five-course tasting menu to accompany fine wines from our cellars.
Our menu is modern yet full of classical English charm, with a new seasonal menu. The elegant décor and relaxed atmosphere provide a unique and special dining experience.
The Chef De Partie will work closely with the team to produce consistently outstanding food during service. Responsibilities include stock ordering, stock rotation, maintaining cleanliness and HACCP compliance, and assisting management in developing new dishes and menus. You will be a vital member of this small, talented team.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience managing a section of the kitchen, including food deliveries and stock control.
* Experience with stock ordering.
* Good culinary knowledge.
* Positive attitude and tolerant nature.
* Flexible approach to duties and shifts.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Warm, professional, and empathetic demeanor.
