The Operations Manager will oversee both Nova Scotland and Nova Wales, ensuring smooth delivery. You'll manage teams of caseworkers and represent the company with stakeholders. Frequent travel and remote work are required in Scotland & Wales. Flexibility and customer focus are key.
The Justice Department team is passionate about supporting veterans from varied backgrounds like the Armed Forces and Police. They excel in managing vulnerable veteran caseloads and delivering effective care plans.

Responsibilities:
