Your Key Responsibilities: Handle motor insurance claims from first notification through to final settlement Communicate confidently and fluently with colleagues and stakeholders in English and French, German, or Spanish Manage claims in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements Liaise with insurers, policyholders, and third parties to ensure timely and accurate resolution Maintain and update bordereaux reports (preferred but not essential) Deliver empathetic and professional service throughout the claims process ? What Youll Bring: Proven experience in cradle-to-grave motor claims handling Fluency in English and either French, German, or Spanish (spoken and written) Ideally, experience with Bordereau Strong attention to detail and case management skills Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying connected with the wider team ??
