The Role
We’re looking to strengthen our sales team with an Account Manager to promote these services and help deliver beautiful content and seamless journeys.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience within an agency environment or creative industry. You should be energetic, a creative thinker, and have an overwhelming desire to develop new and exciting projects with your clients.
This position involves managing key clients, providing exemplary customer service, delivering digital solutions, and fostering ongoing development. You will also be responsible for creating and developing new clients to expand your portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain flexibility, manage schedules effectively, and stay highly organized
* Understand and translate client briefs into projects
* Experience in face-to-face or video conference sales and formal presentations
* Build and develop a client portfolio, adding new clients
* Listen to customer requirements and present suitable solutions
* Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers through various communication channels
* Respond to email and phone inquiries promptly
* Negotiate agreements and close sales
* Gather market and customer information
* Create detailed proposals, often as part of formal bidding processes
* Provide accurate cost estimates and quotations
* Record sales and order information accurately
* Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations
* Provide feedback on market trends to the company
* Review personal sales performance to meet or exceed targets
* Participate in team meetings and share best practices
Key Requirements:
* Over 2 years of experience in a related industry
* Reside within approximately 50 miles of the head office
* Work at least 2 days per week in the office
* Positive, confident, and determined attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Competitive mindset with strong team ethics
* Problem-solving skills and capacity to add value through creative intelligence
* Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery
* Comfortable working both in person and remotely, promoting idea sharing
* A full driving license is advantageous
