About Spark Clinic Spark Clinic provides software that helps healthcare professionals, such as doctors, physios and psychologists, run their clinics more efficiently and deliver better patient care. The Role Were looking for a Customer Success Advisor to support our clients in getting the most from Spark Clinics platform. Youll be the go-to person for clinics and healthcare teams, helping with onboarding, training, queries, and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. Our offices are in London but this role can be completed remotely. What Youll Do Be the first point of contact for client queries via phone, email, and chat Onboard new clients and deliver training sessions Troubleshoot issues and work with our product team on solutions Build strong client relationships through regular check-ins Share feedback to help improve our product and support resources What Were Looking For Experience in customer success, client support, or account management (SaaS or healthcare a plus) Clear communicator who can explain software to non-technical users Empathy, patience, and professionalism when working with busy healthcare staff Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
