Your role and responsibilities
* Be the first line of support for customer questions, requests, and complaints via multiple channels.
* Accurately process customer data and documentation in our systems.
* Build strong relationships by actively thinking along with customers and spotting growth opportunities.
* Share customer insights with colleagues to support account planning.
* Attend fairs and events to strengthen customer connections.
* Guide customers in using our e-commerce platform effectively.
* Contribute ideas for process improvements and share knowledge with colleagues.
Your profile / Qualifications
* You have strong, customer-oriented thinking and acting skills. Previous customer experience is a plus.
* You are solution-driven and persistent.
* You have good organizational skills and you are able to set priorities.
* You are a team player.
