We're supporting a leading national charity in their search for an
Interim Digital Fundraising Manager
to provide crucial short-term resource within their busy digital fundraising team. This is a hands-on opportunity to drive forward key digital projects across email, paid media, web and supporter engagement — helping to deliver immediate impact during a critical campaign period.
What you'll be doing:
* Lead on the development and delivery of year-round ("always-on") digital activity across paid, earned and owned channels
* Manage digital fundraising products and campaigns, including regular giving and cash giving activity
* Support and coach team members on the delivery of winter campaign activity across web, paid media, email and digital content
* Oversee email programme content, optimisation and supporter journeys to maximise engagement and income
* Begin the project planning process for future campaigns, ensuring integration across paid, owned and earned digital channels
* Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, making recommendations to optimise activity in real-time
What we're looking for:
* Strong track record in digital fundraising, within the charity or not-for-profit sector
* Hands-on experience across multiple digital channels, including paid media, email marketing, web optimisation and search
* Ability to hit the ground running and deliver in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment
* Experience managing integrated digital campaigns across fundraising and brand awareness objectives
* Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse results and optimise activity quickly
