HR Business Partner – 3‑Month Interim Assignment
Location: Cobham (hybrid - 1 to 2 days in the office)
Day Rate: £200 - £220 per day
Start Date: Immediate
Travel: Occasional travel to East Midlands - possible 3 trips - fully expensed
Duration: 3 months

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a charity during a period of organisational change. Requirements have recently been refined, and we now specifically need a candidate with strong TUPE experience, and the ability to manage complex Employee Relations cases autonomously.
This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced assignment requiring someone who can step in immediately and operate with minimal hand‑holding.
Key Responsibilities
TUPE & Organisational Change
* Lead and manage TUPE processes end‑to‑end
* Ideally bring experience with NHS-related TUPE transfers
* Advise managers on statutory requirements, consultation, and people impacts
Employee Relations
* Manage complex ER cases independently (grievances, disciplinaries, long‑term absence, performance, investigations)
* Provide robust guidance to managers ensuring legal compliance and best practice
* Prepare documentation, lead meetings, and support decision-making
