Salary will be determined based on experience and position on the Main Pay Range. The maximum salary applies to candidates with substantial teaching experience.

The Role
As a Business Studies Teacher, you will:
• Deliver engaging and challenging Business Studies lessons across KS4 and KS5.
• Inspire students to develop commercial awareness, analytical thinking and enterprise skills.
• Support students in achieving excellent examination outcomes.
• Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities.
• Monitor progress through effective assessment and feedback.
• Play an active role in the wider life of the school community.
Requirements
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards QTS.
• Strong subject knowledge in Business Studies.
• Ability to motivate and challenge students of all abilities.
• High expectations of behaviour, achievement and attendance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to inclusive education and student success.
