Apprentice Paralegal
Salary: Competitive. Negotiable depending on relevant experience (£16,000 – £18,000)

We operate in three key areas: Finance, Local Authority, and Housing.
· Our Finance clients range from small and medium-sized lenders to some of the country's leading credit providers.
· We act for 85 councils across England & Wales, collecting business rates, council tax, and providing expert advice on complex cases.
· We represent some of the UK's largest providers of accommodation in the private, student, and Build to Rent sectors.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and well-organised individual to join our Housing department as an Apprentice. You will assist with the day-to-day running of possession and debt recovery cases and receive all the training necessary to become a vital member of the team.
This apprenticeship will provide you with the skills and experience needed to progress towards a Level 3 Paralegal qualification in partnership with our training provider.
Daily tasks may include:
· Setting up housing case files
· Entering data accurately into our case management system
· Drafting and sending correspondence to tenants, landlords, and housing providers
· Assisting with posession and arrears cases
· Supporting colleagues in preparing documents for court
· Taking and making calls to tenants, clients and court
· Recording key deadlines and maintaining accurate records

· Salary: Competitive. Negotiable depending on relevant experience
· Working hours: 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday - Friday (30 minutes for lunch)
· Holidays: 23 days per year plus statutory holidays (3 to be taken during office Christmas closure)
