You will play a key role in shaping and delivering a high-quality maths and numeracy curriculum, while supporting a dedicated and collaborative staff team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the development and delivery of maths and numeracy across the provision
2. Engage and motivate students with behavioural and SEMH needs
3. Drive improvements in teaching, learning, and student outcomes
4. Contribute to whole-service planning and strategic direction
5. Support staff in delivering effective and inclusive practice
