We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Industrial Coatings Blaster/Sprayer to join our Industrial Coatings division.
This role is essential for delivering high-quality workmanship in accordance with project specifications across the UK and ensuring all customer requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
1. Perform surface preparation to the required standards, including abrasive blasting to SA2-SA3 and mechanical preparation to ST2-ST3.
2. Apply primers, intermediate coats, and topcoats to the specified dry-film thickness using high-quality brush and spray-painting techniques.
3. Operate and maintain industrial blasting and airless spray-painting equipment, demonstrating strong competence in setup, troubleshooting, and safe operation.
4. Work in accordance with recognised industry specifications, including SHW5000, SHW1900, and Network Rail M24.
