A well-established accountancy practice in Wimbledon is seeking to recruit two new team members as part of its continued growth:
* Accounts & Audit Trainee – ideal for someone with previous accountancy practice experience (e.g. AAT qualified or studying) who is looking to commence their ACA training.
* Accounts & Audit Assistant Manager – suitable for an ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified professional with strong accounts and audit experience looking to progress within a supportive practice environment.

The Roles
Depending on your level of experience, responsibilities will include:
* Preparation of statutory accounts for a diverse portfolio of clients
* Assisting with and leading audit assignments
* Supporting managers and partners on client engagements
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Assisting with the development of junior team members (Assistant Manager level)
* Working with a wide range of owner-managed businesses and SMEs
The Ideal Candidates
Accounts & Audit Trainee
* Previous experience within an accountancy practice
* AAT qualified or studying, with aspirations to pursue ACA
* Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
* Excellent communication skills
Accounts & Audit Assistant Manager
* ACA or ACCA qualified / nearing qualifications
* Solid accounts preparation and audit experience gained in practice
* Strong client-facing and organisational skills
* Ambitious and keen to develop towards a management role
