What you’ll be doing
Atturra Business Applications – Business Consultants will work closely with clients, analyze approaches, evaluate solutions, and utilize the best methods to meet client requirements efficiently.
This opportunity can be performed from anywhere in Australia.
* Understanding Local Government regulations and processes
* Training users / clients on software use
* Testing configuration
* Collaborating with colleagues to deliver requirements
* Creating workflows or dashboards
* Troubleshooting issues
* System configuration of Property & Rating Solutions
* Preparing documents and reports
* Post-implementation support
What will make you successful in this role
* Local Government experience is highly desirable
* Experience within TechnologyOne CiA Property & Rating or Infor Pathway
* Experience working on Revenue / Rating and Compliance is preferred
* Excellent communication skills
* Positive and proactive attitude
