Cover Supervisor Main Responsibilities:
* Manage behaviour in the classroom and ensure a positive learning environment
* Supervise the completion of work set by the subject lead
* Safeguarding of students
The ideal candidate
* Previous experience working in a school setting or similar experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Well organised with good attention to detail
* Ability to keep calm under pressure and manage challenging behaviour.
