Job Description
3. Manage daily cash flow and ensure accurate recording of transactions.
4. Assist with bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
5. Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice management.
6. Prepare and maintain financial reports for internal stakeholders.
7. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
8. Monitor and report on treasury activities to senior management.
9. Contribute to month-end and year-end financial closing procedures.
10. Assist with ad hoc finance-related projects as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Treasury / Accounts Assistant should have:
11. Strong knowledge of financial processes, including reconciliations and reporting.
12. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
13. A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
14. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
