The role:
Initially, all recruitment consultants start as 180 delivery consultants.
Training will enable you to:
* Understand client requirements
* Find candidates via job boards and advertising
* Qualify candidates over the phone
* Manage candidates through interviews and hiring
* Build a personal brand online, especially on LinkedIn
Later, you can progress to a 360 role, allowing you to:
* Work the full recruitment cycle
* Generate leads and develop client relationships to win new business
Our recruitment consultants enjoy uncapped commission on top of a competitive base salary!
