We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital & IT Systems Administrator to join this growing and thriving outdoor lifestyle fashion accessories brand.
Your role will provide continued support and optimisation of our business systems & software, focusing on implementing technologies, including AI-driven solutions to enhance business processes, increase efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
This is a fantastically varied opportunity for someone passionate about developing skills across SaaS, ERP, DAM, API, ecommerce & digital marketing platforms, planning & accountancy software – to name a few!
This is a fully remote role – however you must be based in the UK.
The Role
* Manage the technical architecture stack and always-on technologies, including e-commerce stores and related applications.
* Keeping track of all SaaS updates and upgrades to determine new features and functionality
* API management and troubleshooting, including EDI systems
* Managing data exporting, manipulation and transfer between systems
* Coordinate new software rollouts, upgrades, and security enhancements.
* Manage third-party development and software vendors.
* Collaborate with teams to understand business challenges and identify areas where technology and AI can add value.
* Research and recommend SaaS and AI tools and technologies that align with business needs.
* Manage the ERP system (Brightpearl), central to our operations across US and UK brands.
* Ensure systems comply with data privacy and regulations (e.g., GDPR).
* Provide technical support to staff, resolving system-related, hardware, and SaaS connectivity issues.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation & training processes on software configurations, integration processes, and system policies.
The Person
* Technically savvy with previous experience managing multiple software systems – ideally within an ecommerce environment.
* Experience or knowledge of relevant SaaS, ERP, DAM, API, ecommerce & digital marketing platforms, planning & accountancy software.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to manipulate data sets using Excel, SQL, Python, PowerBI or other data tools.
