Administrative Assistant - UK, Milton Keynes - 11 Month Contract

When it comes to the development and production of veterinary vaccines, our pharmaceutical client has the largest centre in the industry worldwide and is a Centre of Excellence; employing more than 1000 people. They are looking to add to their team and require a Administrative Assistant.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Support the team with basic stock tracking and allocation tasks using internal systems.
* Assist in processing customer orders and responding to basic stock-related queries (e.g., availability, delivery updates).
* Communicate with distribution partners to confirm delivery details and share relevant instructions.
* Maintain accurate records of stock movements and customer communications.
Desirable Experience:
* Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
* Any business-related qualifications are a plus, but not essential,.
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
