We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Care Worker to join our team at The Staveley Centre. You will lead and mentor care staff, ensuring high quality, person‑centred care for residents.
* Your role will involve:
* Leading and mentoring our care staff.
* Allocating daily tasks within the care team.
* Administering medication with precision.
* Creating personalised service plans with a focus on person‑centred care.
* Promoting best practices.
* Delivering high‑quality care and support to residents with diverse needs.
