Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and reliable Cook to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting dishes from our menu, maintaining high standards of food hygiene, and contributing to a positive kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook menu items such as:
* Avocado smashes, omelettes, shakshuka, cooked breakfasts
* Gourmet sandwiches (e.g., Croque-Monsieur, Pastrami Cubano)
* Vegan and vegetarian options (e.g., Banh Mi, Scrambled Tofu)
* Fresh soups, salads, and sides
* Ensure all dishes are made to order with consistency and attention to detail
* Manage food prep and mise en place for daily service
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen
* Follow food safety and allergen protocols (as per menu guidelines)
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
* Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
* Contribute ideas for specials or seasonal menu updates
Requirements
