Job Description
We have an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented Team Administrator to support our COO and wider team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support, assisting with diary management, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, event planning, and document preparation. You will take ownership of organising meetings, conferences, and site visits, including managing catering, room bookings, and all associated logistics. You will ideally have strong PowerPoint and Excel skills and act as a central point of contact to support the COO across the full range of operational functions, ensuring seamless organisation of anything and everything needed to keep activities running smoothly. This role is office-based at the London Gateway Terminal Building, and work collaboratively across departments to drive efficiency and connectivity.
Location: London Gateway Port, Stanford le Hope, Essex
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
How you will contribute
1. Provide direct administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), including diary management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and document handling.
2. Collate and prepare information, reports, presentations, and briefing materials for the COO as required.
