Your Role
• Technical delivery from RIBA Stage 4 onwards
• Produce detailed drawings, specs, and site responses
• Ensure compliance with Building Safety Act
• Liaise directly with clients and contractors
What You’ll Need
• 3+ years of UK practice experience
• Proficiency in Revit (essential)
• Strong detailing & technical understanding
• Retrofit or remediation experience a bonus
