An exciting position has arisen for a HR Generalist to join the team at an international charity in their London office. The successful postholder will play a crucial role in supporting the charity’s global operations by managing various HR functions.
Key responsibilities of the role:
* Manage the full recruitment process, ensuring smooth onboarding for new employees
* Address employee enquiries, promote engagement and resolve workplace issues
* Support performance reviews and employee development programmes
* Facilitate training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and career growth
* Maintain and update HR policies, ensuring they are compliant with local and international regulations
* Oversee benefits administration and support employees in understanding and utilising their benefits
* Manage accurate employee records and ensure accurate and confidential handling of data
* Collaborate with HR counterparts in different regions to ensure consistent and effective HR practices
Ideal candidate profile:
* Demonstratable experience in a HR generalist role within the not-for-profit sector
* Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws across different countries
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
* Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently

Working hours: 35 hours per week
Working pattern: Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)
Daily rate: £185 - £200 per day
