What You’ll Be Doing
* Design novel antenna systems for advanced sensors, exploiting the latest developments in additive layer manufacturing.
* Develop solutions that meet demanding performance requirements in space‑limited and harsh environments.
* Conduct electromagnetic modelling using tools such as Ansys HFSS or CST Studio.
* Perform complex antenna simulations, data analysis, and post‑processing in MATLAB.
* Support anechoic chamber testing and manage the transition of development hardware into pre‑production.
* Work cross‑functionally with other engineering teams to deliver high‑quality, integrated solutions.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in antenna design and development.
* Strong understanding of electromagnetic simulation tools (e.g. Ansys HFSS, CST Studio).
* Knowledge of microwave frequencies, ideally UHF and frequencies beyond X‑band.
* Proficiency in MATLAB for simulation data analysis.
* Degree or equivalent qualification in Electronic Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem solving.
