Are you an experienced Finance Manager looking to take ownership of UK financial operations within a high-performing, international environment? This is an exceptional opportunity to join a prestigious US-headquartered firm with a thriving London office located moments from Liverpool Street.
In this strategic and hands-on role, you will oversee all aspects of the UK office’s financial operations—including accounting, treasury, compliance, and reporting. You’ll ensure robust financial processes, support senior leadership with planning and analysis, and maintain full compliance with UK regulatory requirements. With close collaboration across London, Frankfurt, and the US head office, you’ll gain firm-wide exposure and the chance to make a real impact.
What you’ll be doing:
* Lead UK financial operations, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance
* Manage accounting, treasury, and statutory reporting processes
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
* Partner closely with senior stakeholders across international offices
* Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvements
* Act as a key point of contact for auditors, regulators, and internal teams
