We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Store Manager to lead our Keswick Gallery, one of six across the North of England. This is a fantastic opportunity to run a thriving retail space for an award-winning art business and help customers discover pieces they’ll treasure for years to come.

What You’ll Do
* Lead and motivate your gallery team to deliver outstanding service and meet sales targets.
* Inspire customers with expert, friendly consultations on original artwork, prints, and merchandise.
* Grow your gallery’s success by building a loyal client base and spotting new sales opportunities.
* Keep the gallery looking its best, ensuring artwork and displays are presented to the highest standard.
* Support events and initiatives to increase footfall and customer engagement.
Full training on our products and systems will be provided. We just need your retail expertise, motivation, and enthusiasm.
About You
* A natural people person; friendly, confident, and engaging.
* Experienced in retail management, ideally with a track record of driving sales.
* Comfortable leading from the front, whether chatting with customers or motivating your team.
* Organised, flexible, and happy to work weekends and occasional evenings for events.
* Passionate about creating memorable customer experiences – art knowledge is a bonus but not essential.
