As a Platform Owner – Azure Cloud Platform (ACP), you’ll be at the heart of our cloud transformation. You’ll own the vision, strategy, and delivery of our Azure Cloud Platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our business and supports our mission to make health happen. This is a unique opportunity to lead a critical platform that underpins our digital health services and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the Azure Cloud Platform (ACP).
* Collaborate with engineering teams, architects, and stakeholders to define and prioritise platform features.
* Ensure the platform is secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
* Lead the delivery of platform capabilities that enable product teams to build and deploy services efficiently.
* Drive adoption of the platform across Bupa, providing guidance and support to users.
* Monitor platform performance, usage, and cost, and implement improvements as needed.
* Champion DevOps practices, automation, and continuous improvement.
* Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring the platform meets user needs and delivers value.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in product ownership or platform management, ideally in cloud environments.
* Strong understanding of Azure services, cloud architecture, and DevOps practices.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy.
* Experience working in agile teams and managing backlogs.
* A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering value through technology.
