The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, assisting with academic work, behaviour management, and emotional regulation. Your support will be crucial in helping students thrive both socially and academically.
Requirements:
A genuine interest in working with young people
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Resilience, empathy, and a proactive attitude
Willingness to apply for (or possession of) an Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service
