About The Role
As a Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents to help us deliver the quality care they deserve. You'll create a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental needs, relying on your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions. Your responsibilities include developing tailored care plans, providing medicine safely, and delivering excellence across everything you do.
About You
You must have current NMC registration, a good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices, and experience producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments. Understanding regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines, is important. You should be dedicated, compassionate, and pride yourself on a person-centred, thoughtful approach to nursing.
