This is an excellent opportunity for a junior Court of Protection solicitor to join a growing and highly respected Legal 500 ranked team based in South Manchester.

The Court of Protection team handles a broad range of deputyship administration matters, often acting for vulnerable clients with complex needs and, in many cases, managing high value litigation awards. You will work closely with senior lawyers and the Head of Department, gaining hands on exposure to meaningful work involving families, professional deputies and multidisciplinary care teams.
This role offers a strong platform to develop specialist expertise within Court of Protection work while progressing within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Requirements
* You will be a qualified Solicitor with up to 4 years PQE and experience in Court of Protection matters.
