What the Job Involves Your role involves delivering a proactive, holistic, and personalized Housing Advice and Support service, aiming to prevent and relieve homelessness. You will manage caseloads and potentially supervise a small team to ensure service delivery within agreed standards. Responsibilities include providing advice on various housing-related areas, taking a casework approach to develop action/support plans, and forging collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You'll assess eligibility for accommodation, make complex decisions, issue decision letters, and contribute to policy development, while managing individual accounts within agreed budgets.
