Link3 Recruitment are seeking reliable, confident Cover Supervisor s to work across Secondary Schools in Uppingham (LE16) and surrounding areas on a day-to-day, short-term and/or long-term basis. The Role: Deliver pre-set lesson plans across Key Stages 3 and 4 Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment Support pupils to stay on task and engaged in their learning Adapt confidently to different schools, subjects, and year groups What We’re Looking For: Previous experience working within secondary schools Strong classroom and behaviour management skills Either a subject specialism or confidence to cover a range of subject A professional, flexible, and proactive approach Passion for supporting young people and education Right to work in the UK Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce) — on the Update Service or willing to apply Minimum GCSE qualifications for roles below Cover Supervisor level Why Apply?
