I am currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Merseyside for a Medical Negligence Paralegal or Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their growing team.

Location: Merseyside
Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum DOE
Working Pattern: Hybrid Working Available
Responsibilities as a Medical Negligence Paralegal or NQ Solicitor:
* Attend upon clients and third parties both in person and via telephone to take instructions and provide updates.
* Take initial enquiries from prospective clients and prepare summary sheets and initial documentation.
* Complete matter and client risk assessments, including undertaking due diligence and conflict checks throughout the lifecycle of the matter.
* Maintain detailed file notes, attendance notes, and telephone notes for all communications with clients and third parties.
