What skills and experience we're looking for We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and motivated Wraparound Care Assistant to join our vibrant team at Elmley Castle First School.

About the Role As a Wraparound Care Assistant, you will:
Prioritise safeguarding above all else, ensuring the safety and welfare of every child.
Provide high‑quality, safe, and nurturing care for children aged3–10 years.
Help create a fun and stimulating after‑school environment, full of engaging, practical play activities that meet children’s developmental needs.
Support children’s emotional wellbeing and encourage positive interactions.
Contribute to a caring, inclusive, and energetic atmosphere where every child feels happy and supported.
Assist with snack preparation, following food hygiene procedures (training can be provided).
Work closely with a welcoming, dynamic team committed to exceptional childcare.
What We’re Looking For

A team player who is committed to promoting excellent safeguarding practices.
Experience in childcare is helpful but not essential—we provide full training, including:
Safeguarding and child protection
Food hygiene
First aid
