Role Overview
The College is seeking a lecturer within the construction department to teach and assess full‑time programmes in Construction.
Responsibilities
* Deliver practical skills in the workshop and theory sessions in the classroom for levels 1 to 3.
* Assess learner progress through their qualifications.
* Teach across a variety of construction programmes.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Hold a Level 3 competency qualification in Carpentry and Joinery.
* Have recent vocational experience appropriate to the role.
* Commit to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
Conditions of Appointment
All appointments are subject to satisfactory pre‑employment checks, including a satisfactory Enhanced criminal records check and, where appropriate, a Barred List check through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
