Key duties of the role include: * Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly KPI’s for contribution, margin and account acquisition. * Manage an established portfolio of customers, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. * Prepare quotations, follow-up and analyse success. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases. * Conduct account reviews to develop relationships and ensure account spend is maximized through competitor analysis. * Support with any quality related issues, including generating non - conformance reports and preparing responses to customer complaints on behalf of the Quality team. * Prepare and deliver commercial presentations and tenders as required across the assigned accounts.
