We’re working with a respected and established elderly care provider who are looking for an experienced and passionate Home Manager to lead one of their homes based in Warwickshire. The home is residential and dementia-focused, and currently performing well with strong fundamentals already in place.

Their focus is on delivering high-quality care, empowering their staff, and maintaining safe, comfortable environments where residents are truly valued. The successful candidate will be a confident, proactive leader with experience in managing elderly residential and dementia services. You’ll be able to demonstrate a strong track record of compliance, quality improvement, and commercial awareness.
A current Registered Home Manager within elderly care
Experienced with residential and/or dementia services
Able to evidence Good or Outstanding CQC reports
Skilled in team leadership, people development, and building a positive culture
