We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Credit Controller to join a busy finance team to start 29 September 2025. The role will mainly involve managing credit control duties, supporting the wider accounts function, and ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations. This position is ideal for someone with a good eye for detail, and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues. Key Duties and Responsibilities: * Monitor customer accounts and chase overdue payments * Debt management and query resolution * Allocate receipts, update ledgers, and prepare customer statements * Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to resolve payment issues * Assist with invoice processing, reconciliations, and general accounts tasks * Support month-end activities and provide administrative support to the finance team Skills & Requirements: * Previous experience in credit control, accounts, or a similar finance role * Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) What’s on offer: * Pay rate £13 – £14 per hour * 35 hours work week * Free on-site parking If you are interested in this job role please submit your application, alternatively you can give us a call to be the first to apply Due to the large number of applications we receive, we may not be able to respond to every applicant.
