The Opportunity
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you’ll work in a small team of 4, to support efficiencies, processes and documentation within the People Team; as well as have ownership and accountability of our Human Resource Information System (HRIS). If you are a process and data driven individual, with a desire to make an impact in a team and company, this would be an ideal opportunity for you to begin your career in HR.
* Tools and data management:
o Own our HRIS, HiBob, supporting process enhancements and acting as the main point of contact, responsible for answering all related questions
o Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements within our tools, e.g. HiBob, Microsoft Office including Excel and SharePoint
* Documentation:
o Assist with the update and maintenance of our Employee Handbooks, our People Community and Preboarding resources
o Support with Recruitment documentation, including drafting offer letters and employment contracts
o Support in developing, implementing and reviewing global HR policies and procedures
* Process Management:
o Support in drafting and maintaining employee lifecycle documentation, including but not limited to onboarding, probations, promotions, salary increases, job title changes and offboarding.
o Assist with People process compliance, i.e. Right to Work checks, holiday allowance, TOIL
o Work closely with Payroll to ensure all employee changes are reflected accurately and on time

* An interest in HR tools and systems
* Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment – our People Team are continually adapting and improving, based on our employees and business needs
* Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including dependability, trustworthiness, and discretion
* Strong interest in the operational aspects of People and Human Resource Teams, with enthusiasm and an eagerness to develop professionally
* Desire to challenge the status quo – we encourage our employees to be creative, forward thinking and solutions focused
* Degree in Finance, Operations, Administration OR some relevant experience in People Operations
Desirable Skills:
* Use of a HRIS, as an end user or administrator
* Background in administration or operations
