Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Interviewing and registering suitable candidates.
* Ensuring all candidates undergo a “best candidate” experience.
* Working to pre agreed financial objectives.
* Arranging candidate interviews.
* Attending industry networking events.
* Attending client meetings.
* Placing candidates into permanent positions.
* Developing and nurturing new accounts.
* Being involved in new business development.
Desired Skills & Experience
* Experience of working in recruitment within the professional construction recruitment sector.
* Able to demonstrate evidence of success within the recruitment work environment.
* Able to manage and develop existing client accounts and win new business.
* Excellent written skills with a strong attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A team player who is self-motivated and driven.
