Role Details
* Role: Dementia and Mental Wellbeing Enabler
* Hours: 37.5 hours per week
* Shift times: Monday- Friday- 9am-5pm
* Contract: Permanent
* Rate: £14.81 per hour
* Location: Earlsdon Park Village, Albany Road, Earlsdon, Coventry, West Midlands, CV5 6JQ.
* Extracare does not participate in the current “UK Visa Sponsorship” scheme, and we would not be able to facilitate sponsorship.
What you'll be doing
1. Provide one to one support to older adults living with dementia and common mental health conditions
2. Working with a multidisciplinary team and being first point of contact when required
3. Responsible for completing cognitive assessments, mood assessments, Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interest Meetings
