Hays Recruitment are currently working with a Bradford-based organisation to recruit an IT Support Technician. The successful candidate will be required to travel between sites providing IT Support to customers.

Initial period of 3 months
Up to £190 p/d DoE

Enhanced DBS on the update is essential.
Key Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to):
* Meet SLA requirements for rapid response and prompt resolution
* Record and track issues from the outset to conclusion
* Install and configure hardware / software and systems in line with procedures for users or for temporary needs
* Carry out maintenance to ensure stable and secure applications and IT infrastructure
* Provide regular communication to service managers to ensure a clear overview of strengths and areas of development.
* Take responsibility for delegated tasks to support the wider team and service provision.
