Overview:
A growing Construction team in Glasgow is seeking a Solicitor to focus on non-contentious construction matters. The role offers exposure to high-profile real estate, engineering, energy, and infrastructure projects, within a collaborative, supportive team environment and with opportunities for career development.
Role Requirements:
* Advising on non-contentious construction and engineering matters
* Supporting development, property finance, and project finance transactions
* Assisting with energy and infrastructure projects
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Collaborating across disciplines to deliver commercially focused advice
Experience:
* 2-5 years’ PQE in non-contentious construction law
* Drafting and research experience
* Able to manage work independently and meet deadlines
* Client-focused and detail-oriented
* Motivated to develop specialist construction law expertise
Skills:
* Clear, professional communication
* Collaborative and team-minded
* Organised with strong attention to detail
* Commercially aware
