Are you passionate about making a real impact in people’s lives? At Mencap, we’re looking for a dedicated and values-driven Talent Resourcer to join our Recruitment team and help us find exceptional people who share our mission to improve the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.
This role will be on a permanent full time basis (37.5 hours per week) you will be based at our Peterborough office, but at Mencap, we understand that work is about what you do not just where you do it. That’s why we offer our office-based colleagues greater flexibility in how and where they work.
The Talent Resourcer will play a key role in supporting high-volume recruitment across the organisation by proactively sourcing candidates for a wide range of roles and working flexibly across different regions. Collaborating closely with our team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, the Resourcer will contribute to the full recruitment lifecycle—from advertising vacancies to onboarding new hires. A significant part of the role will involve screening applications and actively sourcing passive candidates to ensure we attract the best talent.
For this role to have a positive impact on our future ways of working we are looking for someone who is incredibly passionate about recruitment and candidate engagement. We don't expect you to know everything but a willingness to learn and develop your knowledge is key!
