Associate Director - Architecture – Leicester – £50–£65k
My client, a leading UK multidisciplinary design practice and employee‑owned B Corp, is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join their Leicester office.
This is a senior leadership role offering the opportunity to shape project delivery, lead multidisciplinary teams, and play a key part in the strategic direction of a highly respected practice.
You’ll oversee a diverse portfolio across sectors such as education, residential, and industrial, leading projects from concept through to completion while building strong client relationships and mentoring talented teams.
Key requirements
* 10+ years’ experience in architecture, ideally at senior/associate level
* Strong leadership and project delivery capability across RIBA stages
* Excellent client‑facing and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple complex projects
* Strong design and technical expertise (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite essential)
